The RAINPAL RBS005 features a Lead Free Compliant Brass Quarter Turn Ball Valve, with a Solid Brass Construction. It is Lead Free Compliant and safe for Portable Water use. The Aluminum Alloy Handle is painted, and the Stainless Steel Screw ensures it is Designed for Outdoor Use, with no Rust year after year.
The Garden Hose Outlet has a Standard Garden Hose Thread, making it easy to transport rainwater to where it's needed. The Embedded Gasket, with a Grooved Flange, creates a Water Tight Seal that is Recessed and barely visible after installation.
To accompany the RAINPAL RBS005, the RAINPAL SDB125 Matching Step Drill Bit is available (a.co/d/iQ30Gv7). This 3-step drill bit (7/8", 1-1/16", and 1-1/4") works for most RAINPAL products. For the RBS005, the 7/8" step should be used, as it creates a cleaner hole with minimal burrs when used with a power drill (impact drivers can be too aggressive on plastics).
